At Body Candy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on unworn and unopened items. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, body jewelry must remain in its original heat-sealed packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unopened items in their original packaging, ensuring the tamper-evident seals are intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
